I've really gotten into Fruits Basket lately, but i've noticed that they stopped the episodes when Kyo transforms, but there are a lot more books after that. I'd really like to know this. Also when was the last episode made?

The last episode was in 2001. And no, it's over. It ended and it most likely wont come back unless funimation decides to make a movie or something like that. It was just one of those series that ended long before the manga so it had an ending that left many loose strings (not sure how to word it but you know what i mean)
